They took me to Fenwick Tower too see "a superb apartment" WAW mice traps below radiators with couple BED BUGS trapped on them. I was running out as soon as I could. They sent me to Queen Sana for a "much better" apartment. When I arrived there and meet the superintendent, he smells alcohol at 11 am and he was mad on the owner that his apartment flooded again. 2 minutes later I left the property. I will never come back to this company. False advertising and low quality apartments are theirs fortes.

Possibly the worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a realty company. Our…read morehouse has been on the market for approx 4 months and we have had a couple of low ball offers of which we had advised our realtor that we were not going to accept. At one point we had told her to got the a lower price and they took it upon themselves to adjust the price even lower without concent. Originally we had winter pictures and had ask her to come out and take newer spring ones since we had opened the pool and the deck and fire pit were all set up also. She came and took one pic of the front of the house from her car and left, leaving the winter pics up on MLS. We have felt that their effort has been lack luster to say the least, not even driving to meet us in person to present the offers and explain the paperwork, emailing them and we would have to print, sign, scan, and email them back, very unprofessional. Maybe they should stick to condos and multi-million dollar listings in Chester.
