He was severely injured and lost the ability to use his left arm and lost his job as a result of the injury. His injury caused a huge financial burden for our family because he was physically disabled from the incident and was no longer able to work. Our neighbor referred us to Marjorie Heinrich's Law Firm and thank god our neighbor did. Heinrich Law kept us up to date throughout the case and refused to give up even though his employers wouldn't accept responsibility until the very end. My father in law was eventually compensated for all his damages, which our family was very grateful for. We cannot thank Marjorie, Ethan, and Andrea enough for all the hard work they put into guaranteeing our family received fair compensation and resolved our families financial hardship. If you're looking for a personal injury attorney I highly recommend consulting Heinrich Law for your case. They work really hard and will ensure you get what you deserve from your case.

Throughout that time, she has provided steady guidance, sound advice, and a deep understanding of Alameda County family law procedures. Legal representation is never inexpensive, but we have always felt that our case was handled with integrity and strategic care. Her preparation and knowledge have consistently positioned us well in court. We are grateful for her professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to doing what is right.

Mitchell are participating, I strongly encourage you to educate yourself, document everything, and consider whether self-representation may better protect your rights and your child's future. In my case, I experienced: 1.Prolonged litigation with little transparency 2.Enormous financial strain 3.Outcomes that did not reflect the time, money, or advocacy I was told was being provided. Serious concerns about how minor's counsel was used and how decisions were made What I learned is that no one will protect your child, your finances, or your future more than you will. Blind trust in a system without asking hard questions can cost families years, financial security, and peace of mind. I am not telling anyone what to do -- I am urging parents to: 1. Ask questions 2. Demand written explanations 3. Track billing and outcomes 4. Understand limited-scope representation And seriously consider whether representing yourself may be safer than relying on professionals who do not answer to you the way you expect. If any part of this resonates with you and you are feeling overwhelmed or confused in your case, you're not alone. Over $20,000 later, the only things that were filed correctly in my case were three witness statements that the witnesses wrote themselves. There were no meaningful results. During the time I was represented -- May 2023 through February 2024 -- I repeatedly requested meetings or phone calls and was consistently ignored or met with excuses. Over that entire period, there were only two phone calls. One of the most serious concerns is that an attempted domestic violence incident occurred during my case, where my son's father had me detained in a police car. I had video evidence, was released, and no charges were filed. Despite this, the incident was never raised, addressed, or advocated for on my behalf. Instead, opposing counsel later reframed the situation in a way that portrayed me negatively, and that narrative was never corrected. Throughout the representation, I felt silenced, unsupported, and left without advocacy on critical safety issues. Matters that should have been central to my case were ignored, while litigation continued without explanation or results. What is especially striking is that once I began representing myself, filed a properly supported Request for Order with my exhibits, and appeared in court on my own, I walked out with primary custody and future hearing dates set -- outcomes I did not achieve after months of paid representation. I am sharing this based on my personal experience to encourage other parents to ask questions, demand transparency, document everything, and seriously consider whether self-representation may better protect their child and their future when they are not receiving communication, results, or advocacy. Dean Feldman is not to be trusted. He is unprofessional. He used to a family court attorney. He…read morerepresented my children. Only spoke to them twice maybe in the years he represented them. After the settlement, which he wasn't a part of, my kids told me how much they disliked him. No wonder he isn't practicing that anymore. He was very unqualified. He literally ruined my life. How do you have clients and only see them twice in years? And how do you not see that the other party was blocking them the whole time? He did not have very good intuition and the ability to see through lies. Unfortunately I am still trying to fix what he and my first attorney did. It has been over 7 years now and they messed up the case so badly that is has been tough to undo what they did. Please, do no trust this attorney. He is part of a system that needs change and severe overhaul. He only sees dollars and convenience for himself. My kids told me after the case was settled by my other attorney that he only spoke to them twice in years. How is that possibly if you are their legal counsel? And he seemed ok with that. I can keep going on and on in further detail but it won't help anything moving forward. I wis there was some kind of legal repercussion for this on him. However the system allows this and he is most definitely part of that system. There's a reason why he switched what type of law he is "practicing" in.

The best advice I've ever heard is: get an attorney…read more But, seriously, I'm not rich. I work for a living; I don't have $2,000 lying around for an attorney. And I never really thought I'd need an attorney for anything at the office. I love my job. My career was going great. But when things took a hard-left at work this past winter and I needed support, calling James was the smartest move I've ever made for myself. James knows the system. He has like 30 years of work place law. And he knows the bullshit that happens sometimes to us. First, and foremost, James took my call and listened to everything. He didn't let me feel like I was alone; he reminded me that I have rights and there was someone who would be on my side. After my initial call I actually understood a lot more about my situation. James was familiar with the work process I was thrown into. He explained what typically happens in things like this. He explained how to navigate it. He explained how to get Justice from the very system I though was fixed against me. His perspective and methodical understanding of "what's my next step" really lowered my stress levels. Anytime there was any new developments, James was on it within 24 hours. Having James an email away kept me feeling like I had a team behind me. The best part is, James worked out a payment plan that I could TOTALLY afford. My worst fear was not having the cash to get a good legal work done on my behalf. James seriously helped me with a generous and relaxed payment plan. I've referred one of my friends from San Francisco to him. And my bud was surprised on how interested James was to talk in depth about the situation on the initial call. Very nice.
