He was great during the consult and answered all questions I had for him. They gave me informative instructions to prepare myself for my surgery which was very helpful and nice. Surgery day came and the process was wonderful. No complaints there. When I started to come back to my right state of mind from being out under, I asked my husband where were the instructions for after care? I asked this because I didn't know when to flush the blood out of my mouth, how long to leave the gauze in, or how long do I use the oral rise that was prescribed to me. I was amazed that he told me that no one gave him anything or told him much. All they did was helped me to the car and tossed a page full of 4 prescriptions to fill that took 4 hours to get. Soon after I developed dry socket. I was so disappointed with their after care that I refused to go back to them. They didn't even ask for a follow up to make sure the wounds healed properly. I ended up going to my primary dentist for care and advice. In conclusion I feel like all they care about is their money. They take the money, pull the teeth and throw you out. Definitely not how to treat paying customers. That place isn't cheap so I expected much better than that. I would no recommend going here.

I had 4 wisdom teeth removed and 1 molar. I was in some pain the first day as expected, but very little pain the second day forward. (I was terrified to have this done so I put it off as long as I could because I have heard horror stories about wisdom tooth removal). As long as you follow the very detailed instructions and the very detailed discharge papers you will recover very well. I would definitely see Dr. Levy again if I ever need anything done with my teeth again. (Hopefully my teeth will be fine though bc I surely don't want to pull anymore lol)

The first day's nurse was fabulous, the doc a bit short, but okay. 12 hours later she's still bleeding heavily. Three calls over an hour and a half to his "after hours" number, and it was just his cell. He'd fallen asleep and hadn't heard. I describe she's still bleeding profusely, and all he did was tell me all the things it could be. Okay, so what do I do? Repeats the list then got annoyed when I kept asking what do I DO??? Next day, he and his nurse were rude to my daughter, telling her it can't be that bad and she shouldn't complain so much. A full month later she went to regular dentist for something else, and they said she STILL had a gash in her cheek (not at gum line) that wasn't fully healed and they didn't know why he didn't stitch it closed. I started inquiring about reimbursement at the two month mark. His office manager (his wife) said oh, we sent it to insurance, but it can take 90 days. I'll send it again. Waited a week, checked with insurance, nothing. Called again, same story, we'll send it again. Repeat the next week. Finally on day 91, insurance company said you know what? We will call. THAT was what it took for insurance to receive it within the hour. Presently, I'm waiting on them to call and say a check is waiting for me. Insurance approved payment on 5/14. They say dentist can take 30 days to process. We shall see.

Scam Alert - Avoid This Dentist at All Costs!…read more WARNING: Do not trust this dentist's office. What they did to us was nothing short of a scam. My husband and I had appointments. The dentist was running behind and asked to reschedule me because the dentist was not available. I never received ANY service -- no exam, no cleaning, nothing. I even signed a form at checkout confirming I owed nothing. Despite that, the office deliberately slipped my "bill" onto my husband's account and charged him for both his real treatment and my nonexistent visit. My husband had no idea they combined our charges until AFTER we left the office and talked about what happened. That is deceitful, dishonest, and unethical. When I confronted them, they admitted they were wrong. But the truth is simple: if I hadn't spoken up, they would've happily kept the money they stole. This is not a mistake -- this is shady business practice. This office has zero integrity and cannot be trusted with your health OR your wallet. If you don't want to be lied to, overcharged, and taken advantage of, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. This place is a disgrace to the dental profession.
