He was always very upfront, concise, and easy to understand. Brett was always empathetic with how I felt and how different outcomes might affect my personal life and education/career options. Keeping my interests in mind, Brett managed to return the best possible outcome for me while minimally invading on my personal commitments. While it was difficult to appear in court because I live in New York City, Brett kept things simple and never made me appear personally for his own ease. He was easy to contact because I had two emails and his cell phone number. Additionally, he was always quick to reply to my concerns and questions, even after office hours or on weekends. I NEVER felt as though Brett had exclusive control and management of my options because he informed me at every update he received and really leveled with me as an individual to come up with and decide on challenges together.
