Shipping was free! They sent a bunch of fancy samples (thanks Damien!) including a mini Diptyque candle, THREE Trudon cameos and a pile of fragrance samples from houses I've never heard of! Let me start by saying I placed 2 orders without any problems. On the third order, they shipped me an empty box for one item. I have been trying to either get the item or a refund for the item for over a month now. So, I decided to place another order for the same item as well as a few other items. THEY SENT ME AN EMPTY BOX for the same item AGAIN! On this order they also shorted me 2 Diptyque Reed Diffuser refills, I ordered 3 and they sent ONE! The prices may be better than the US, but what a hassle. I am sure I will eventually have to dispute on my credit card. AVOID! read more
