One of the owners. I was only inquiring about by mail and the eyes batting, the nasty attitude was not warranted. The counterpart is complacent as well. When asking me about why I had an attitude, she started talking over me and being just nasty! The email is how it started. Very short. Very nasty. Not trying to help me understand how the mail system works when it comes to blind mailboxes.
This is a black owned organization as well.
I really did not want to take my business from them.
But I understand most of us are not ready to be in business.
Just loud, nasty, and mean for no reason.
Not once did I get loud or nasty with them. If anything I tried to be understanding because it not easy running a business.
But Ms. Kyack or whatever her name is needs to get some training. I've never encountered a director with this type of attitude.
Never again!
