After ruining a brand new wool rug by trying to clean it myself, I called Premium. Nate came right out that afternoon and took a look at it. He really educated me about the type of rug I had and how to properly clean it then took it away to do his best. I have light taupe frisée wall to wall carpeting throughout my condo. It was matted down in the traffic areas and quite dirty. I looked at a number of carpet cleaners before I settled on Premium Clean after reading the reviews. Nathan from Premium Clean explained the three different packages they offer for carpet cleaning. I opted for the Platinum Package for the 4 carpeted rooms. I also had an issue with cat urine that Nathan said would be resolved. Well they cleaned all the carpets and they all look like new. I would like a explanation of why he cant follow up with my friend or refund the payer for the services he has provided a very terrible lousy service too. to start out with let me tell you he provides a half fast cleaning service luckily the general attorney hasn't been involved in this case yet. i don't see how he gets away with this. I highly recommend staying away and do not use them for any service. These guys are terrific. Fast and courteous response time. I have two dogs and a cat, and am VERY picky about my house not showing evidence of animals.
