I have never been more frustrated or annoyed at a company for their product or service. First the product has issues running, very buggy especially compared to others we've used in the past, freezes, shuts down, moves slow and then fast then slow again. Then when you reach out to support they take notes and wont get back to you till the 3rd time you call and leave a message. Not to mention if you setup anything else with them and it has fine print that isn't explained. We got a bill for over $1600 out of the blue for something we had no idea was in the fine print and we weren't made aware of till after. They fought tooth and nail with us right up to sending us to a billing collections attorneys office. After everything we are forced to pay the ridiculous bill and then they couldn't care less about our customer service from then on. It has been three weeks sense I have heard from my supposed Account Manager. Never use PGI for anything! read more
