Most of the employees were not busy with customers. I asked one felliw who was just standing around if he could help me. He didn't bother to answer, just shook his head waved me away. OK, I sort of get that; I spoke in English to him and maybe he didn't speak English. So, I went to a desk where two women employees were sitting. One continued to stare at her computer, the other turned her head away and pretended to be looking at her long hair. I spoke to get their attention and the one with long hair looked at me with what I interpreted as an uninterested, unsmiling face. She did then get me what I came in to purchase.

Ich habe Brainhive beauftragt einen Businessplan für mein Projekt zu schreiben…read more Ich bin leider mehr als enttäuscht. Anfangs bekommt man einen Fragebogen zum Projekt , den man ausfüllen muss. Meines Erachtens nach ist dies nicht ausreichend , da so das Thema bzw Projekt niemals richtig verinnerlicht werden kann, was sich später auch zeigte. Nach ca. 21 Tagen bekam ich dann den 1. Entwurf per Mail. Um ehrlich zu sein, hätte ich den sogar selber besser geschrieben, ohne dass ich jegliche Erfahrungen im Bereich Businessplan Erstellung habe. Es war mehr als eine Enttäuschung. Der Businessplan bestand zum meisten Teil aus "copy and paste" Texten , entweder aus Google , oder auch von einem Standard Businessplan von Brainhive zu der Branche , ohne spezifisch auf das Thema einzugehen. Auch der Finanzplan war nicht strukturiert und komplett durcheinander. Zudem wurden Dokumente gesendet, welche komplett falsch waren. Am Ende hieß es, dass ich diese sowieso nicht für die Bank bräuchte. Auch die Erreichbarkeit war sehr unzuverlässig , nachdem ein Termin für ein Telefonat nach dem 1. Entwurf vereinbart wurde, um erstmal grundlegende Sachen zu klären, wurde der 1. Termin nicht wahrgenommen , ohne abzusagen. Per Telefon konnte man niemanden erreichen. Stunden später kam dann ein Anruf mit der Bitte um Entschuldigung, man hatte viel zu tun und mit einer neuen Termin Vereinbarung 1 Tag später. Auch der nächste Termin fand nicht pünktlich statt. Mit einer Stunde Verspätung ging es dann endlich los , allerdings kam nicht viel bei rum , denn der Businessplan wurde auch nach mehrfacher Korrekturschleife kaum besser. Nun musste ich eine 2. Firma beauftragen und habe mehr als 1000€ in den Sand gesetzt . Kulanz Fehlanzeige. Ich würde Brainhive niemanden weiterempfehlen , auch wenn der günstige Preis verlockend ist , am Ende kommt nichts produktives bei rum .
