We used this guy to sand our kitchen floor about one year ago. He did a really good job. He explained fully the process and discussed our options before hand. Sanding can be a really messy business but he taped up all the cupboards before he began and therefore minimised the amount of dust. He also varnished the floor and after sanding found a stain on the floor (from the previous owners dog) and provided advice regarding the best colour of varnish that would hide the stain.
