I've been a member of Lifetime for over 4 years and today was the 1st time I ever step foot into…read morethe salon. My daughter had won a Free Kids hair cut (a $20 value) from a Family Yoga event earlier this year and we used it today to get her "back to school hair cut". I feel compelled to tell you that the gift certificate was long expired- in fact it had expired at the end of April!! I asked Jamie, when I called today, if they would still honor the coupon. She said she didn't see why not, but would have to double check with her manager and get back to me. She scheduled my daughters appointment- for today, after my yoga class, and said she would call back shortly to let me know for certain about the coupon. I'll be honest, I could believe they could get my day in today, this salon is Always busy! So I kept my fingers crossed they would still honor the coupon she won. Not 10 minutes later Jamie called be back and gave me the great news that the coupon won would still be honored, even though it was expired. I was trilled! I went to yoga, grabbed my youngest daughter from Kids Academy after, all while my other children continued to participate in the LEGO class. When we entered the salon I was greeted by Jamie with a huge smile. She asked my daughter and me if we wanted hot tea or pineapple infused water. What!? That's awesome!! My daughter asked for water. I stole a sip- it was good! I told her stylist (I hope I remember correctly, it was Nicole) what I wanted for her cut and she cut it perfectly! No more, no less. It was fast and precise. Exactly what I like. My daughter happily tip her "hair cut lady". We took a quick pic and handed the coupon to Jamie and thanked her again. My little one felt super special getting her hair cut in a "fancy place". I was Uber happy they honored the expired coupon, and that my daughter's hair looked great. $20 seems high for a kids cut, but maybe that's just me. That's why they lose a star from me.

Had $150 lifetime bucks for signing up for a gym membership and you can use for any services at the…read moregym (How awesome!) Tina did a great job on my brows and she's so kind! She's been there 5 years which I thought was great! Nicole gave me a great haircut and did exactly what I wanted! We chatted the entire time, and she was so pleasant to deal with. Super professional atmosphere as well. Definitely recommend the salon/spa to anyone! Even if you're not a member, you can go there for services (& right now they're offering 40% off any services for new clients!!) and you get 2 hours of free daycare (even if you're not a member) which I think it great for people with little ones! I definitely will be back! Thank you so much ladies!!

I Absolutely LOVE this place/type of massage…read more "Acupressure" Which is kind of what it sounds like. Acupuncture but without using needles. They simply use their knuckles their fists or their elbows depending how bad of a knot you have in that area where the pressure points lie. They go over your whole body as well. Not just the back. They'll stretch out your arms they'll do your shoulders, your neck, your head, you can get your feet soaked and toxins removed out of you with cupping. Do not be fooled by the little tiny Chinese women you will see working here. They will hurt you if you want it to be like that. I like it as hard as possible because it's more of a medical thing for me where I'm trying to get the most bang for my buck. Whatever pain I can push through, no pun intended, I grit my teeth and I let them hit the spot really deep. Yeah for the next 5 hours I'm sore but after that. But it's a good pain actually. Kind of like working out . You know it's going to pay off in the long run if you can just push through . Sometimes things got to get worse before they get better, you know? I don't know why God made us that way cuz it seems counterintuitive if something's already hurting on your body to make it hurt even more in order to get it to heal but thank you China for figuring this kind of stuff out for us people in the rest of the western world . So yeah, you're a bit sore but your mood will be uplifted where you'll be feeling a natural high and you'll feel loose . It's a weird feeling but it's a really good one it's just hard to explain. After that wears off you will definitely notice later that night You WILL FEEL BRAND NEW! Therefore, I can't recommend this place enough! If you've never had a massage done like this, you don't even know what you're missing! I feel sorry for you. You're really missing out seriously. It helps so freaking much and it feels amazing. They are clean and professional and respectful. Depending on which service you ask for whether it's a 20 or 30 minute service it's pretty much a dollar per minute. I go with a 45 minute service and I flip them 10 or 15 bucks or even 21 time for the tip because they really deserve that. They do an incredible job. So in a sentence or 2, again, If you never had an acupressure type of Massage then you absolutely must walk in and Check them out; let them do their thing they do that they are Masters at, and you'll thank me later, haha.

I come here regularly for a quick "walk in" massage. No appointment needed and I think I only had…read moreto wait one time and I've probably been here 50 times!! For the table massage you just take your shoes off and lay face down on the table for whatever amount of time you choose. I like all of the therapists (although I do have my favorite) but it's never been a disappointment! If you need a quick fix - this is the place to come!!!
