Great people. The delivery guys were very friendly, respectful, and did an exceptional job bringing the washer and dryer in. They have a policy to test the washer before they leave. When they tested the washer, they discovered the drain in the home is backed up. Water went all over the floor and the young men cleaned up all the water before they left. They didn't have to do that. If they hadn't tested the washer that would have been a big mess because I was planning on starting a load of laundry and running to the store. Other rental companies do not have this policy. They set up the produce and leave without ensure everything works properly. I will be renting more items from them. Thank you Premier. read more

If I could rate no stars I definitely would. This company is worse than the mob. They harass you at work and at home. They don't care about your situation they only want the all mighty dollar. They literally stalk your house and your place of work, they hide from you so you cannot see them. They pound on your door nonstop, message you nonstop harass your family. It's honestly overbearing. If I rent anywhere again it won't be from them. read more
