We provide a range of pet care services including Puppy playtime, Pet Visits and Pet transport. We’re insured, police checked and canine first aid trained but most of all we are very passionate about providing excellent pet care.

History

Established in 2017.

As a life long pet owner I feel really fortunate to be able to look after animals full time. I love the outdoors and fitness and make sure that our visitors get the walks they need. I like to socialise dogs which I think is really important for their body and brain. Our Doggy Daycare has become so popular, I make sure that the dogs are secure in our big garden and have lots of fun. I am fully insured and police checked for your peace of mind. I just wanted to say how delighted (again) we were with Louise' s cat sitting. Bozie is quite shy…read morebut he clearly took to Louise becsuse she made a real effort with him, even buying him an adorable flat fish toy. She sent us photos and videos as requested and we were totally reassured that he was being beautifully cared for, which of course enabled us to enjoy our holiday. Louise was completely practical dealing with some unexpected mice visitors and left the house immaculate. I was rather moved that she had washed the bedding and put it out on the line to dry. So not only did we have a lovely time knowing Bozie was happy but our return home was really nice too.

VIP's service was absolutely perfect and so organised... from correspondence to paperwork/…read moreinvoicing ..... EVERYTHING ! As for our petsitter, Giovanna ! She was wonderful ..... we met her a couple of months before our trip .... then once more to hand over keys etc. just a day before our holiday. She sent us photos, updates and texts while we were away. In short we were on holiday knowing our two cats were taken care of VERY well and we didn't have to worry about ANYTHING ...... not just the cats .... the house too. We would DEFINITELY be using VIP's again for future holidays and hopefully Giovanna can look after our cats again. VIP's .... AND Giovanna ...... thank you so so much.
