Like most Premier Inns, this one sits by an A road, not really near anything and in the middle of a small industrial estate.
It's rally quite pleasant inside though, and scores a clear win over Travelodges that I've been to in my time. Downstairs, there is a small bar and a lounge and restaurant area with absolutely loads of seating. The sharing platter is a good option if you're in need of a few snacks, including onion rings, garlic bread and chicken sticks with a couple of dips.
The rooms are all the same (OBVIOUSLY, it is Premier Inn after all), but the flat screen TV is a good touch and the bed was comfortable enough.
The staff at this Premier Inn are super friendly. We had reserved three rooms yet only needed two, and they gave us our money back for the other room without a hitch. Also, there is a midday check out time. Probably the best news ever. read more
