Today, she went in for a the "included follow up" and suddenly the place takes insurance, but they billed her for 3x the copay. They billed the initial copay of $50, and then an additional $100 to look at the second toe as if it was a second, non covered service. The doctor was in there under 2 minutes total. I would expect that he would take the time to have a full appointment with the amount billed today to not only my friend ( at 3x her $50 copay) but then the amount they are going to bill the insurance additionally. I would verify well ahead of time any expenses with these people. These are not honest people

Dr. Arrington did the procedure fast and scrapped off and put cream on it. The procedure took around 3 minutes and very quick. I was in and out of the office. My first visit they charged me $179 dollars and then I got another bill for $150 dollars 2 weeks later as my insurance does not cover some of it. I had to go in for a 2nd visit as I needed Dr. Arrington to dig more stuff on my foot. I can see it healing, but him to do more. This time he spent a little bit more time on my foot 5 minutes. I got charged less this time so $75 for the checkout and afterwards I got billed $150 dollars. Overall, I paid around $650 dollars of my own money. Good thing I used my HSA to pay for the procedure. Service was great, but I wish they were more upfront with the payments as I was shocked to receive a bill afterwards for both visits as they said I only had to pay once.
