I have a confession, I'm super late on this review-- I got called out on it today…read more.. I've been getting my car detailed here since I bought it, Lucien, in October 2023. Like many of you, I scoured the reviews as I don't want just any shop putting their grubby mitts on my Lucien. Safe to say, the reviews brought me in, the customer service (Chris, Thiago, team) is always very pleasant and personable, and the actual work is flawless. I get regular details in addition to the ceramic coating (pictured) to protect Lucien from the damage and destruction of FL sun-rays of death. You NEED TINT and ceramic coating to protect your exterior, interior, and mitigate the heat brewing inside-- Ceramic looking like glass and the water beads off it! They warranty their work and ensure you walk away feeling your money was well invested-- thanks guys!!!

ABF was on top of responding to my questions and pricing inquiries. They quoted $225 for an exterior only wash, wax and one step polish. I got a few quotes at $200 and some in the high 200s and 300s. So I decided to come to ABF, dropping the vehicle off at their indoor shop in Edgewood. Their team was super professional and quoted a time of 2-3 hours. Dropped off at 9 and it was ready by 12:30. I can say I am so impressed with the results. I can see blue speckles in my truck I've literally never seen before! The attention to detail was excellent. They did my wheel wells very nice and the whole truck had an amazing shine like I've never seen. Once again I commend ABF for being so responsive and easy to work with. They send the bill by email at the end and you're all set to go! I will be coming back in the next year for another service!

From initial quote, where the team even connected via text to have a clear understanding of my tint request, to the after service care, it's been great. The pricing is in line with most of the tint shops in the area (I quoted around) but this one was very friendly with zero pressure. Other shops would not allow me to partially tint and insisted I needed to do every single window on my vehicle at once. The service itself was very efficient. They matched the prior tint perfect, and the guys were very well informed. I truly felt like I was in expert hands and they kept it friendly and casual while maintaining professionalism. It was a quick turnaround and their appointments were timely. After a few days I started to notice bubbling on my windshield, I was worried because the windshield does not come with any warranty here but because the bubbling was on the edges they honored the repair, offered for me to come in same day, and I waited less than 10 minutes even though they had other appointments. I've had zero concerns and it's been great!

Many I spoke with were overpriced, with ok work. Then I called POLANCO auto detailing.... 321-228-5160 OMG..... The workmanship, attention to detail, thoroughness, and professionalism was flawless. This husband and wife team have a van that is fully equipped with a generator, (not my electricity) their own water tank (not my hose), and every possible piece of equipment they would need. They showed up on time, set up a table to work on, and began working immediately. Both he and his wife are a true team! (They also do oil changes, brakes etc. ) This particular car, 2005 Subaru Forester, has never been detailed before. We have a dog that sheds and we transported other dogs, I have also transported furniture, picked up wood from Lowes, and hauled many things in this because the vehicle is so versatile. Ive driven it on long rides, spilt coffee, food, and snacks. Even when I have cleaned it, the stain and odors persisted. Saying it was a real mess, would be an understatement. This incredible team, got every stain, (and there were alot of them) out of the seat, floors, side arm rest, there wasn't a speck of residue anywhere in this vehicle. They got the blue paint off the side of the car that I accidently spilled on it while painting the house. They even cleaned the Yellowed headlights, and the Hood of the car and the motor. This car looks like it came off the show room floor. The cost for all this you ask???? He only requested $150.00. I gave him $200.00 and if I had more cash on me i would have given more. I was that impressed!!! If you ever want a good, honest, car detailer, call POLANCO.
