This place is an absolute scam. They had me schedule an appointment as I was leaving after a really long appointment I was exhausted and ready to go home. Apparently even scheduling an appointment would leave me on the hook for $500+ They told me I would have time to figure out next steps. I told the Dr several times that I was thinking about shots but still wasn't sure. I looked over the research and decided I didn't want to proceed with getting allergy shots. I don't think there is enough research showing it is effective to justify the expense. When I called to cancel I was informed that I would still need to pay for the vial $548. Everyone was nice at least, but honestly that's how I ended up in this position. read more

It is hard to mange when your allergies are severe. Some reactions are mild, like sneezing. Other times I have found myself facing problems that require a trip to the ER by ambulance. The last one directed me to Premier Allergy and Asthma. That last trip is now a distant memory. read more

They have the best allergists. Dr. Dang goes above and beyond to get to root of what's ailing you and helps you to manage your allergies and asthma. His follow up is wonderful too! He's got no problem adjusting your medication when needed. They listen to patients and work exceptionally hard trying to help you feel healthy and well! read more

The only reason I sought out this practice was because they were so close to my home. But my experience with them left me feeling uneasy. I filled out the required paperwork including my history- that I had already had fulfilled over 5 years' worth of allergy shots to which that comment was ignored multiple times. When I explained that the first time the statement had not been put into the computer, so the first gal who administered the test typed that in. I complained about my asthma being bad and it was obvious I was struggling. There was no effort to write out a prescription or a plan to handle my asthma. Granted, I could have pressed, but I was trusting their plan and since I had an inhaler still, it wasn't an emergency yet. A week later I went back for my testing. The same gal who saw me the first time administered my test. After the testing commenced and I was waiting still for the 20 minutes, I was forced to listen to their annoying commercial. I wasn't there to have something sold to me. I was already going to seek shots- I didn't need to have a sales pitch forced upon me. That was annoying, but not as bad as the fact that when the the "doctor" came back to close the treatment plan, she skipped past the most crucial details- what on earth was I allergic to??? I couldn't believe I had to ask. When she told me, I asked "well what about __ and what about __" (the things I had been tested on before and found allergic to) and she said well we didn't test you on that. I was stunned- mainly because the very reason I was there was that I was struggling with outdoor allergies. Once again I repeated that I had already seen an allergist before and they tested me for this and that she said well maybe we should get their records and see what they tested you on and we can modify your shots based on what they put in your serum. I thought to myself, no, you will have to retest me on those things because you can't assume I'm allergic to them. And you guessed it, she hadn't read that I had already had had 5 years' worth of allergy shots and that was news to her. When I was escorted to the front, it was known that they would not start my treatments until they received my records and they would devise a plan from there. But they made sure to tell me how much everything would cost up front and of course their convenient fast paced allergy shot admissions would cost you dearly. I decided to not make any decisions at that point and was extremely uncomfortable with going forward. A few weeks later the "doctor" who is really a Certified Nurse Practitioner sent me an e-mail asking me what I wanted to do for a treatment plan, when I told her and asked her how late they could take me, she referred me back to the receptionist who would be in touch. Are you kidding me?? Why would she reach out if she didn't want to be helpful??? After so much contemplation and red flags, I decided to stick with my regular doctor, though it would be a drive for me. Why would there not be a doctor to see me?? There are so many things about this practice that leave me uneasy. They are just in it for the money. That is obvious. read more
