We had a flooding situation where we needed some drywall replaced in our ceiling downstairs and some painting done. We got several bids, and Hector came in the lowest. Our experience with him was great. He actually got the job done before he told us he would. (Imagine that---a contractor exceeding his deadline. How rare is that?) I was extremely pleased and impressed with Hector and his crew. They painted brand new window and door trim throughout the house, my living room and dining room, as well as two small hallways. Hector kept me apprised throughout the day, and every evening before they left the house. We retextured all of our walls in our single-family home and needed to primer and paint the interior. Hector and his team did an amazing job! Hector and his crew went well beyond what I expected when they painted the outside of our house. One man spent two days priming, scraping, caulking, and power washing. Then the three-man crew got busy. When I say they went beyond what was expected, here's an example. I thought they were done with one major area only to find them back doing more caulking, which of course, meant more painting. As I told my husband, I would never have noticed the slight defects they came back to correct, which makes their action all the more meaningful. Likewise, in one area that was particularly sun-bleached, they applied THREE coats of paint. They even painted the mailbox, shaped like a miniature house, without my asking. They were a pleasure to have around, always punctual, neatly attired, ready to work. They were exceptionally cheerful, chatting among themselves, sometimes singing in accompaniment to the radio playing. They cleaned up after themselves, leaving the area cleaner than when they arrived. It was very obvious that they wanted to please.
