DELUX CLEANERS Ruins & Keeps $800 Designer Dress. Refuses to give back, show, or even provide a…read morepicture of the dress to me. On March 25, 2022 I took my $800 Herve Leger designer dress to Delux Cleaners in Lake Havasu City, AZ. On March 31, 2022 I received a call from Sharon L. (she said she was the owner) telling me she ruined the dress during cleaning. I have had this dress cleaned many times with no problems. She offered me $65.00 for the dress and proceeded to tell me it was a fake. It is not a fake, it was purchased from a designer dress store in Las Vegas at the Forum Shoppes in Caesars Palace. However, fake or not, I ultimately refused the money and told her I simply want the dress back, ruined or not. This dress was very special to me and has sentimental value far outweighing her monetary offer. However, when I asked for it back it took several days for her to get back to me and when she finally did, she straight out told me that the dress was gone. I asked her for a photo of the damages to the dress and she then stopped responding to me all together. This exchange has caused me some pain as I don't have nice clothes like this. I only had this one beautiful special dress. I have learned when someone steals something from you there is little recourse. This is now a civil matter so the police will not assist in getting back stolen property and I now am left to file a small claims court case which I am doing, but it's a huge hassle factor. I have lost hope that Sharon L. has the integrity to return my dress, because if she did, I could prove it was authentic. Of course, I cannot do this if she never gives it back. What I can do is post my experience for other people in hopes I can save someone else from having to go through this unfortunate experience. I also should have read the reviews on this company. Had I done that, I would have seen that 4 out of 6 reviews were 1's and told of others having terrible experiences as well. If I read the reviews, I would have had more knowledge not to make this terrible, regretful decision. I hope this helps if you are looking for a dry cleaner in Lake Havasu City, AZ

The washing machines are large and they have stainless steel deep tubs. Throughout the day they have someone going through and cleaning wiping counters off and they keep an eye on the place through a window that looks in from the grocery store. We have been coming here for two years And the price is very reasonable. We have another laundromat one block from us and we do not use it because of the cost difference. The grocery store is a great place to buy a snack or a drink while you're waiting for your laundry and Dunkin' Donuts is not too far away either This does get very very busy Sophie aware of that there could be a wait if you're there a busy time
