Not a word of explanation, no apology, just radio silence. It's heartwarming that they thank me for being a "loyal customer" in their automated emails and text confirmations - unfortunately, all that loyalty has bought me is mounting frustration and lost work hours (I need to take at least four hours off every time they don't show up - which is often). I requested immediately stop charging my Visa for monthly fees and refund the prepaid amount for the upcoming fireplace service - which, statistically speaking, would've likely been cancelled anyway.
