I even stated that he could simply mow and knock down the tall grass but he refused because of professional reasons. It was mowed, edged and trimmed to look extremely professional. Very good job, nice and professional. To top it off he even worked with me as far as meeting him when and where I wanted to give him payment. Can't go wrong here. I looked out the window & it seemed he was showing the guys how to cut the limbs .. odd ...I thot maybe the two workers were new ... then the Boss LEFT!! After he cut that first limb or two -- HE LEFT .. was gone for almost whole time they trimmed.. he didn't tell me he was leaving - just left. They workers were nice - but they had no equipment to lift them up and they had no ladders - so they only trimmed what they could reach. Terrible owner - would never ever call them again.
