worst place i know. i had a procedure done in october 2025 and got a bill on may 8 2026. nearly 8 months later they send me a threatning letter for a bill i owed . nearly 8 months later saying they were possibly turn my 75 dollar bill over to a collection agency. the drs do a good job, but their billing dept sucks big time. this is the second time it happened. if i owe a bill send it in a timely manner. not 8 months later. thank god i will never have to deal with a place like this . read more

The Texarkana office needs major improvements. I recently had a procedure performed successfully by Dr. Gorski and her staff. When I went for the follow-up appointment after the procedure, everything went downhill. The front desk receptionist was neither very professional nor very friendly. Once I was called back to the examination room, I was greeted by an employee who asked triage questions unrelated to my visit. After completing the questions, I was left in the exam room for approximately 50 minutes without anyone checking on me or informing me why no one had visited the room. After waiting approximately 1 hour, I left the room, went to the front door, and headed to work. At that point, after talking to another staff member and explaining the situation, the member seemed surprised that I was left in the room without being served and attempted to stop me, to no avail. Work was calling. While waiting in the exam room, I overheard several staff members conversing (with much laughter) outside. It appeared that no one realized I was in the room for a follow-up appointment. Unfortunately, the $40.00 co-pay was collected at the beginning of my visit. I felt like it was a donation, at best. I hope my Insurance company was not billed for services not performed. I will definitely research that. read more

Paperless, under staffed, hard to contact anyone during business hours, don't care if who sees you is out of network for your insurance, long wait times in office at Texarkana, billing department is out sourced overseas, nobody speaks clear English there, guess to save a few bucks, drug tests billed over 1,000.00, shots don't help me at all, seems they try to make sure I stay in pain so I return. Front desk lady is the only 1 there who tries to help on clinic side. Guess she can copy and paste this as my complaint. Hope Katherine Van Den Heuvel reads this. Basically whatever YOU have been doing, please stop. read more

They don't answer the phone or return phone calls! They leave patients hanging and waiting for treatment. The front desk never has anyone there! The customer service is awful! As a patient who needs the steroid injections it's very difficult to get in and receives treatment! read more

I've been going to PSC for about 18 months. Things were fine until the only doctor in the Texarkana clinic (who was excellent) left, followed by clinic nurses. Now, the clinic appears to have fallen to pieces. No one knows what's going on. Promised referrals aren't made. It's a mess and frustrating, to say the least. read more
