One was hitting the side of the house which would just get worse as it grew and the other was split in a couple of places. Shouldn't have been as their experienced guys had the tools and expertise to clean out the crud without damaging my system. Craig G and Jim were careful, caring, professional, attentive to details and exceptionally communicative about how they would set-up, protect my house, perform the various tasks and how much everything would cost. As part of their visit, they checked the refrigerator coils and the dryer itself, but they didn't need cleaning Had HVAC ducts, dryer vent, bath exhaust fans and 2 chimneys cleaned. I did not know what to expect when I had Ben come out and look at and price it out. The chimney looks better than it did when it was new - the bricks he installed matched perfect. I have some [limited] experience with brick laying and did some checking around before I decided to use Ben Hentges Masonry. I can tell you that he is competitively priced, straight forward and up front with you, and has exceptional craftsmanship. As an added bonus, Ben brought his faithful dog Bo with him to the worksite. Bo kept my three young daughters busy for a good share of the day. You can't beat that either. -Christopher Olson, Isanti MN
