Jared was our inspector and he is the man! He's friendly, knowledgeable and well-versed in century-old homes. He has really cool inspector gadgets - you see what I did there? - (drones, collapsible ladders, heat detectors, etc.) that ensure you get top quality inspections; no stones left unturned. He took the time to explain things to us and answer any questions we had; he nerded out a couple times when he came across newer, updated electrical work and it was fun to learn a thing or two, and to see someone get excited and passionate about what they do.
