I honestly would have rather painted my house myself than pay what we did for the service we received. I was moving at the time and did get a cold (not the flu) but that doesn't change the fact that the owner was rude and disrespectful. Especially for someone who professes to be a Christian.

He finished 5 interior rooms, a stairwell and a hallway on time. Andy is honest, reliable and clean. When I arrived the rooms were well done as promised. He has been professional, communicative, kind, and nothing but pleasant to work with. We will never ask anybody else to paint for us and have never had a single concern or issue with both the quality of his work and his own professionalism. additionally I think his prices are incredibly fair for the amount of time that he takes to make sure a project is perfect. I absolutely recommend him.

SCAMMERS!!! Do not use Deep Blue Clean!!!…read more Deep Blue Clean forced me to pay $975 for an unnecessary "deep clean" of my house to begin service with them; but they did such an awful job (and broke my glass chandelier) that they had to come back and do it over again. Then, once I started the routine bi-weekly cleaning service with them, they quickly went back on their original quote and increased it by over $100, claiming the original quote was a clerical error. When I voiced my frustration, the manager Soliani said "this isn't going to work out" and essentially cut me off instead of taking accountability and trying to make it right. That's just bad business. I told her to terminate my account with them and to send me a check for my broken chandelier, but she said she cannot do that without me providing a receipt/link of my purchase (which I no longer have access to, as I've had the chandelier for 5+ years). What a crock. At the end of the day, Deep Blue Clean has been an extreme disappointment with mediocre cleanings and shady business practices. BEWARE!!!

We got a recommendation from the neighborhood app and called Platinum Pressure for a quote…read more Compared to others they offered a great price for our inquiries and we scheduled most of the service quoted, including a chemical cleaning, pressure wash for the house and patio, gutter cleaning and removal of our shutters. What we opted not to do was deck repair and staining - although I like the idea and wasn't opposed to the price I am skeptical our deck can be saved without more extensive work. The team showed up around 11:30a and didn't leave until almost 5:00p. I'm so happy we got the shutters taken down. Our newer windows are the feature now, and it's good we cleaned the siding because we have some discoloration from having the shutters. Eventually the sun and tree dust will even things out! Besides the house looking cleaner in general, the patio is crazy different. We went from a browned patio to a gray, what it would've looked like newly poured. It makes a couple of cracks more noticeable, but that just is another example of how clean it is now. Easy to work with from quote to payment for a job well done.

Josh and Brent of Precision Painters are absolutely fantastic to work with!…read more I recently moved back to the area, purchased a new home and needed to hire painters for the first time in Louisville. I was on a short schedule and wanted to find painters that could paint my house within a 3 day window between closing and move in. I called around and although most companies had no flexibility, they all recommended Precision Painters. I called Josh and Brent and, sure enough, they were able to make the job happen and right on the schedule I needed. Their work was absolutely pristine perfection, and their flexibility and ability to make things happen on such short notice made my experience in my new home even better. I received a couple of bids on the work and the pricing for Precision Painters was perfection, too. I highly recommend this team and cannot thank them enough for making my new home even better.

I believe she deserves five stars for her timely reply and the genuine sincerity she put forth. I will be calling her again and look forward to working with her.
