He primarily works on big rigs but he is also a wizard with RVs , campers and trailers. This young man is a veteran and a very conscientious worker that knows his stuff. When I called he agreed to stop by on his way home and he had the bad part out within a half an hour. AAA contacted Washakie Garage & Auto Salvage and the owner, Bill, promptly came to our rescue in the 95 degree heat. Bill made this entire experience as pleasant as it could possibly be given the circumstances. We appreciated the cool refuge of his garage where we could make repair arrangements, transfer our gear, and stay cool with ice cold Mountain Dew. We appreciated Bill's wife driving my daughter and I to the only car rental location in Worland - Hertz, so we could pick up a rental vehicle. Bill hauled our VW Eurovan to Metric Wrench in Billings Montana, about a 6 hour round trip, for the required repair so we could continue on to our ultimate destination in Minnesota.
