If I could give no stars or negative stars, I would. I first called Precision based on numerous positive reviews online. I was told that my initial visit would be $140 to cover the cost of my exam and X-rays. I specifically asked if I would be placed on a plan and was told that I would not. In addition to my X-rays, I received some paperwork showing the results of my neurometer heat test and a map showing what nerves affected what parts of the body. They made a follow up appointment for a few days later when I would see my X-rays and an initial consultation, along with my first adjustment. It was at 6:30 at night, which seemed strange. I arrived and there were several other clients outside waiting for the door to be unlocked. We were all seated in the same room and given name tags. After some small talk a chiropractor came in and gave us a 30-minute spiel about how chiropractic benefits the whole person. Then we were all sent to our respective rooms where our chiropractor gave us our X-rays and talked about, you guessed it, a treatment plan. Then the worst part came when the financial person came in. They gave me the sheet with the treatment plan and costs, and told me I could either pay for the entire year up front (31 treatments) or give them a credit card that they could charge $50 monthly. I said that I didn't want a plan, and that I just wanted the 15 visits that my insurance plan covers. They said this wasn't possible and that I only had one of those two options. There was no option to pay as you go... it was just an annual plan. When I refused, she asked me to leave the office. No treatment, nothing... but they did say they would now bill my insurance for the X-rays. This felt very degrading and impersonal, and in the end I was dismayed and disappointed about the entire process. It was more like a timeshare presentation or like signing up for an annual gym membership. Totally not what I expected and I would not recommend these people to anyone. read more

I've seen some negative reviews about this business, and I wanted to spend a moment to say how amazing they are! Precision was recommended to me by a friend so I decided to check them out! I got in for my first visit really quick! My first visit was very informative about the business themselves, why we all can benefit from adjustments and how things would be as I started to come and receive my adjustments. The staff is extremely friendly and I didn't feel pressured whatsoever. I received a scan on my back that was very validating for my pain, as I was able to see which parts of my spinal nerves were being blocked or interfered with due to my disks. I was told I would need an x-ray to further design my plan of care. The price was around $200 and I honestly thought it was going to be a lot more than that bc my insurance didn't cover it, so I was fine with that. I did feel sad that I would not receive an adjustment the first visit, but I was happy that they wanted to be very thorough before just cracking away at me. They went over with me the costs and allowed me to sign up for monthly payments, which is about $60 a month for the whole first year of treatments. I thought it was very affordable for me and a great value for how many times I was going to be coming in for the first year. Again, this was without any help from my insurance. They got me in right under a week later for my second visit. I met with my chiropractor, Dr. Bittinger and he went over my x-rays with me very thoroughly. It was so cool to see why I was in pain AND that there was something that I could do about it! He gave me my first adjustment that day and I have to say I am so glad he is my chiropractor because as I've been coming here for nearly 7 months now, I've truly had improvement. I enjoy every visit. The staff remembers who you are and asks me about things in my personal life that I mentioned the last time I was there. They are so helpful with rescheduling when you need it. I've missed appointments and not been charged a no show fee. Shortly after I became a patient, I decided to bring in my teenage son to receive adjustments as well, because as you will learn if you become a patient here, pretty much everyone needs to come to the chiropractor. It's great for preventative care, as well as if you have current issues bothering you. My son loves to come in and sometimes they let us come in together, so we can get our treatments at the same time which is great for managing our time in the week. If you are looking for a chiropractor in Pelham, look no further! Dr. Marty and his team is for you. The staff are so friendly, professional, and knows EVERYONE by name. They make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. I used to have a lot of health problems, from constant migraines and headaches, back pains, high blood pressure and cholesterol. After my first year with Dr. Marty, I realized the adjustments helped my migraines and headaches and they slowly disappeared. On year 2, my primary doctor has told me my blood pressure and cholesterol has gotten a lot better. I am taking less medication now and it's all because of the power of adjusting your spine. BEWARE!!!! THIS IS PRIMARILY A MO EY MAKING OPERATION. I was roped in to an exam for a low price. When I arrived I was quickly shuffled through the process like cattle and quickly began to feel like I was being sold a time share more than a medical procedure. The staff is very nice and professional. The exam was was very thorough, however, at the end the doctor said that he wanted to see xrays that, of course, would be an extra $195. He said that after he got the xrays he would study them and go over my plan on my next visit. I learned nothing during this exam that i did not already know and fully believe that this group is more interested in making money than treating people. You will be treated nicely but keep a close eye on your wallet. read more

I was deceived by the fine print and the one part of the contract they DO NOT GO OVER WITH YOU ON PURPOSE! When we decided to stop going because the Gonstead method they use did not help at all! I've been going to a chiropractor since I was 8 I'm 40 and know what works and what doesn't. I called and cancelled and they continued taking money automatically from our bank account because the fine print says whether you go or don't finish your treatment plan you still MOST DEFINITELY will still be billed for services not even rendered. I was then cooperative and let them continue drafting our account until October when they said our payments would be complete and then proceeded to argue with me over it. They pretend to be great Christians with Christian contemporary playing at all hours of business but let me tell you what they pull is very UnChristian of them especially while families are truly struggling due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. read more
