I'm the kind of person that uses yelp regularly but never really leave my own reviews. My wife and…read moreI recently had about 1/3 of our downstairs converted from tile to hardwood floors to match the other 2/3 that was already wood. Jordan Lumber was recommended to us and I have to say we were very pleased with them. They did a great job matching the new wood to the old wood. It was a bit of a longer process, but well worth it in the end. Took about a week total to tear out the tile, get down to the subfloor, and lay the new floors. Then our hardwood had to "acclimate" for a couple of weeks before the sanding, finishing and staining (which took another week). Start to finish about a month. But the floors look awesome and we are very pleased with them. The team at Jordan Lumber was easy to talk to, quick to respond the calls and emails, and clearly presented your different options. Would highly recommend them.

Not being familiar with the area, we were unsure which part of Greenville to live but Victor was extremely knowledgeable of different neighborhoods and found a home in a location that fit our exact needs and interests. Victor was able to save us thousands on the purchase price (in a hot market). With his knowledge and expertise he was able to drive down the asking price to a great deal. Without him I would have paid more. From start to finish Victor was very professional and flexible when meeting with us. We couldn't be happier with Victor and the Producer Realty team!

I rented from CBC for 3 years and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience when it came…read moretime to move out. There is no way this home was properly inspected before I moved in -- it had a propane leak, HVAC leaks, and no dryer venting system, which created a major fire hazard. Despite these issues, I took great care of the property, did all the yard work myself, and even paid $400 for professional cleaning when I moved out to leave the place in good condition. Yet I was charged more than $2,000 in move-out costs, including full carpet replacement (for "pet smell" despite the carpet being in good visible condition) and $281 for "tile cleaning", even though the tiles had already been professionally cleaned. After three years of normal occupancy, these are clearly normal wear and tear, and charging me for full replacement is completely unreasonable. These charges go far beyond normal wear and tear after three years of tenancy. When I raised concerns, management dismissed them and said the owner would not take responsibility. I've rented for years and never had issues like this with any other landlord. I do NOT recommend buying a home from them or going through them for rentals.
