A lovely hotel and golf resort. There are 3 nine hole…read morecourses, although usually one is being worked on, the loops of 9 are very different and are most enjoyable. There is a large practice ground with an excellent chipping area with bunkers. When you are all golfed out, the pool area is lovely to relax by, with plenty of sun loungers and bar and food area. There is a small indoor pool and a beauty spa, although the spa is extra. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and a small fridge/mini bar is in each room. Evening dinner is buffet style and the variety on offer is exceptional. The fish and fresh meat are cooked to order and there are hot dishes in sauces as well as a carved joint available. The sweets are typically Spanish and nothing too exciting, although the ice cream was very nice and there was often a dish such as hot peaches available. There was usually a good assortment of fresh fruit. Breakfast was good, although don't expect 'English' bacon! Eggs were cooked to order, either fried, scrambled or as an omelette. My usual breakfast was assorted fruit followed by scrambled eggs with smoked salmon. There were plenty of seats in both the bar area and outside and we passed many a relaxing evening listening to the music or playing silly games. I have stayed at this hotel twice and have already booked to return a third time. I would recommend a car as the hotel is situated amongst apartments and villas and although a courtesy train does run to the beach, there are very few shops there.
