The shop is clean, staff is super nice and they have a nice selection of jewelry. I was able to make an appt to meet my schedule online. I missed the text about the waiver before my appt, but they have a computer where you can do it there in a flash. Make sure you have your drivers license, you need it for the waiver. The piercer was great. He walked through each step; cleaned the jewelry, my ear, marked the spot on my lobe for me to check location, deep breath in and at the end of the exhale....whoosh! All done.
