I'm from California, so I'm still not fully used to the way food is served everywhere you go in Oregon. I was thinking, 'Espresso, ice cream, and antiques? That's different.' Is the musky smell of antiques compatible with food service? Not sure how I feel about this, but I ordered a huckleberry soda, anyway. I was curious. It turned out to be one of the best flavored sodas I've ever had. I loved the huckleberry syrup. The antique selection was well-curated. Lots of interesting trinkets and jewelry. Everything you'd expect from an antique shop, plus a gentleman's room full of old Playboys tucked into the back. Service was friendly, and there was plenty of parking. There was no wait. This is a great alternative to stopping by one of the big busy farms if you're just looking for a quick drink, or (obviously) if you're into antiques.

One woman was working; I'm not sure if she was the owner. She was mid-way through an ice cream order for the customers ahead of us, so we shopped while we waited our turn. We had items in our hands when she finished with the other customers, flipped the lights off with us still standing inside, and walked out the door to take down the open sign. When she came back in -- us standing there in the dark -- she announced she was closing. We said, "Okay, I guess no ice cream? We'll put our stuff back." Not a word. No "sorry." No "I can still ring you up or get you anything." No acknowledgment at all. She just stood there and watched us set everything down and walk out, kids and all. She made it clear we weren't worth the effort, and did it in the rudest way available to her. Two disappointed teenagers, a wasted drive, and the low point of what had been a great day in the area. Can't tell you a thing about the ice cream. What I can tell you is how this place treats people who show up before closing time. Don't bother.

The Owner "RILEY" is a Super Nice Guy, and he is Extremely knowledgeable about Music and Movies. JOEL is his brother and is the Owner as well. Their prices on DVD (and some Blueray) movies are as low a $1, though most of his movies are fairly priced, and are Sequenced in "Alphabetical" order. He has a Expansive VARIETY of ALBUMS as well. He even has Music CDS !, and "Hard to Find" Albums, DVDS, CDS and Blu-rays. RILEY (who I met) is just a REALLY GOOD GUY ! He is a "RARE BREED" when it comes to Business Owners these days. Because ALL that they think of is MONEY and are "GREEDY" ! Everybody that came to the Store left HAPPY, with plenty of "Good Finds". While I was there (for Hours) looking through their DVD Selection, I heard EVERYONE telling RILEY how much they Enjoyed his store. This place is a "GEM" ! I Really don't want to share this place, because it's a "Treasure-Trove"...But I will ! THIS PLACE IS "GOLD" !

They cram a lot of stuff into this small shop - CD's, records, DVD's, even a few cassettes and 8 tracks. And the best part is, the prices are very fair - much better than a lot of other shops in the Northwest. On top of that, it's run by someone who loves music.

A vintage treasure hunter's dream!…read more We were in the area checking out some thrift shops and stumbled across Somewhere in Time, and WOW. This place is incredible! If you love vintage, antiques, collectibles, or just wandering around looking at random treasures, you absolutely need to stop here. They have VINYL RECORDS GALORE. I'm talking rows and rows of records, with so many different genres and eras to dig through. You could spend forever just browsing the record selection. And the antiques and collectibles?! TONS. There is so much to look at that you really need to take your time because you'll probably notice something new every few minutes. Vintage clothing, toys, furniture, decor, records, artwork, and so many unique little pieces that you don't see every day. I also loved how much personality the store has. It feels like stepping into a giant time capsule filled with treasures from different decades. Every corner has something interesting going on, and it's the kind of place where you want to slowly wander around rather than rush through. This was easily one of my favorite thrift stops in the area. If you're a vintage lover or someone who enjoys the thrill of finding something completely unexpected, put this one on your list. You could genuinely spend hours here digging through everything! Definitely a must stop for anyone who loves vintage treasures.
