On both…read moreoccasions, the sales associate (who helped me two years ago and remembered me) was very helpful and explained everything to my husband. Our first visit was because my husband spilled an entire beer on his laptop. He had tried to dry it out on his own but had inadvertently damaged it when prying it open once he unscrewed the various screws. He brought it in to see if it could be repaired and receive an estimate. Once we received the estimate, it made the most sense to buy a new laptop (which leads us to the reason for the second visit). My husband purchased a new laptop directly from Apple. However, when he placed his order, he forgot to indicate that he wanted an American QWERTY keyboard. So, when he received it, he realized that it had a French AZERTY keyboard. We contacted C&C Apple Reseller f/k/a iConcept to see if they could swap the keyboard. They said yes and gave us a quote promptly. The keyboard was swapped out quickly. The customer service is stellar. We received prompt notifications via text and email when everything was ready. Prices are reasonable. There is both street and garage parking available nearby.
