That part would have been fine with me if they had told me up front after actually listening to me. Instead, I got stuck with two shotguns that I had to get a friend to pick up and hold for me. They totally mishandled my shotguns. I wouldn't have written this review if they would have refunded the money I paid them to ship the guns. They didn't even after two calls. I handled it via my credit card issuer. I would avoid this gun shop.

The rifle I was looking at was over 1500 and at the time that was not cheep. I had to run a class that was using their range a few years back and it was easy to see nothing had changed. Its almost like the owner went out of his way to find assholes. For example, there are poor reviews on yelp for this place because customers didn't realize they'd need to purchase ammo in order to shoot. Ammo isn't free, it never will be free, and if you rent range time anywhere you're bringing your own ammo or paying for it at the range. Thats a bad reason to leave a poor review. Renting range time also doesn't include free lessons to use a firearm. I think that's also another misconception people have when going to a range and renting a firearm - which leads to false poor reviews IMO. If you are looking for a long indoor range to fire your rifle, this place is great. I wish it was 100yards, but 50 yards is still the longest we've got in metro detroit. Ive been here twice and would definitely go back. It's cheap. The targets are free. The range is no frills. No fancy technology. It certainly gets the job done - especially in the area. But don't walk in expecting free ammo or free lessons.

I understand the turn around time was a bit longer due to the owner having personal health issues. However, when I got mine it looked exactly as the picture I had sent. My husband's buddy put my gun together for me and it's a beauty. My husband wasn't satisfied with his, but he contacted the company and they happily redid his. He recently received his the second time around and he liked it much better. The interactions over phone and mail have been professional and courteous throughout.
