Terrible response from Josh a sale rep at Prairie Fence! I called them and wanted a general quote on their pricing. I am in the market for a 20 foot metal. I wanted 110 power and would run the power for the automated gate. It was a single gate with a man gate on the side. They had one on video on their website.
They are very fairly close to my residence within 45 min.
Josh quoted a price for $18,000 to $22,000 installed. No fancy end posts which you might expect at that price. I said I thought this was way too high of a price. He said removing the man gate would only reduce the price $1,000. Really?
I asked if he had cheaper and more reasonable options at a lower price range? He got upset at this and said the prices were all in the same range and I could check other dealers! He said they were a family run business and needed to make money. Well not from my account!
He hung up on a customer and lost a sale! read more
