The recommendation was to get an MRI and then get a referral, which would have taken months. I figured i had nothing to lose by visiting a chiropractor. Pro Health is a very high-tech clinic. You've probably seen Dr. Rob in his commercials, and that NASA gizmo really works. My first appointment was a 90 minute session that included a fairly detailed evaluation, and then I was hit with that NASA gizmo. Essentially, you can see where each disc in your neck and back are and if they need alognment. The gizmo then does the adjustment. No cracking, no popping, no pain. There are other high tech items and tools they'll use, depending on what you need. You will then have two follow up appointments. That new patient visit requires three visits in total. Based upon what your specific issue is, they make further recommendations. I found the entire staff to be very friendly and attentive. They remember you by name as you walk through the door. The three chiropractors; Dr. Rob, Dr. Jamey, and Dr. Madison give the time and attention needed and seem very skilled and knowledgable. My back has also not felt this good in a long, long time.

For the second time my health insurance rejected the LSM claims though now LSM bills the patient the insurance price which is almost double the cash/credit per visit price. A close family friend had almost the exact same experience with LSM so this is obiviously a deceptive business practice by LSM and they will state you agreed to it by signing their patient care document. If you don't pay cash or credit, don't use them.
