She provides all the instructions as she sprays you to get all areas of your body. The formula she uses is vegan and I'm very pleased with the color I received. She provided me with water and a nice conversation throughout the experience! Cash only spot so be sure to bring that, otherwise there is an ATM right around the corner. I'm heading back tomorrow to get a body-scrub massage and spray tan, so I'll do a final update then. A few notes today: *The spa is located on the 6th floor of the Weinmeister Hotel (in the general area of U-bahn Weinmeisterstrasse, the M1 tram stop for Weinmeisterstrasse/Gipsstrasse when you go south and Hackescher Markt going north or Hackescher Markt S-bahn stop itself). When you enter the front door (with the "street art" on it), you have to have the staff let you into the elevator/lift area since you don't have a keycard. You just say that you have an appointment at the BeautySpa and hoped they could let you in to the elevator. I speak German, but the hotel staff speaks English very well. *Pedicure was excellent. You have your own private room and recline with cookies, tea, lemon water. Good quality color selection. Service was excellent. Cost was 55 Euro for pedicure and color. Most of their prices are online, though, so you can check those out. The woman I worked with spoke some English but we stuck to German since she feels more comfortable with that. She is Italian, so she speaks that as well. *They accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and EC-card (which is a German/European type of card). Overall, recommended.

All I got from this treatment was a couple of scars on my face for a week and nothing close to the clean and beautiful skin. I really want to find out if they are really certified for what they do. Everything was really shocking from the begging. A woman with an Asian look was in charge of my treatment. She started just without any greeting, introducing herself, asking me what package I booked before, who I am... literally any communications or explanation of the treatment. (I told her please have a word with me and ask me if I am the right customer?) Then she started squeezing the blackheads on my face with her nails. My skin was still so dry and she kept hurting my skin without proper steaming. This treatment supposed to be with steam! (Total bullshit) After the treatment, my skin was not clean nor looked refreshed and beautiful at all but rather scared with her nails. I was shocked that she charged me 76€ for squeezing my skin with her nail. As if I couldn't do it myself at home and put a mask on my face afterward. I had the scars for a week after this treatment and unfortunately, I was off to a wedding and not in Berlin to go there and show them how fucked-up they are! I do believe that many of these 5-star reviews are fake!
