He worked for nearly 4 hours, and he was kind enough to saw off and remove a large tree root that was underneath some cement planks on my patio. The tree root was causing the planks to come up. He did this free of charge which is above and beyond. I chose Nehl's because they were the most reasonably priced pressure washing service in my area that I could find.
