We were told twice that our posts would be cemented in. Gates have never fit properly, so my husband dug them out. No cement to be found. Of course we called, wanted them to make it right (they are the installers, after all). They acted as if we were lying, never showed up, even though my husband sent photos to them. We paid over $8,000, and are making repairs ourselves.

He tried to pass off 100' of old rusted chain link fence as new installed in rear of my Boat storage lot so "I wouldn't see" didn't concrete posts in correctly or at proper depth, no bottom tension wire and mind you this is a $11,000 fence. Fence doesn't touch ground in most places and his tie offs were spaced 30" apart so you could just bend down and crawl on in! Complete shit work, he has had several bad reviewes with BBB and on FB where he had to delete his account and start a new one where you can't review because he knows his work sucks! Then he come back to install my $3,000 gate system which the gate looked used and was welded by what I assume a 5yr old kid. I have many pictures from start to finish. I will be filing with the BBB and he has been warned not to step foot on my property again.
