A very dear friend advised us to consider a Generac generator for our new propane conversion. Not knowing who to contact, I started at the Generac website and looked for a local-ish dealer. Mike was just a phone call away (he's even faster via text!) and scheduled a visit to provide an estimate. He's knowledgeable and friendly, the best combination for a professional that you let into your home. He knows his stuff and his price was very reasonable. Two weeks later - because the process requires additional steps, such as getting a permit - Mike was back with his truck and mobile installation trailer. He explained every step that he needed to take, indicated where the propane and power companies were involved and was really fun to work with. Our cats kept him under supervision while he worked in the backyard, which he took in stride (bonus points for being a cat guy!). When the work was done, I told Mike that he'd be the first person I thought of when the lights go out, LOL.
