The owner Dean really knows his stuff, and is always around to help out with any questions you may have. He has also made it so that you can record your rehearsal and get it on a disc for your own critiquing later on. With 4 rooms, 3 that overlook the freeway through large glass windows, the rooms are always clean and make it a nice change from the usual dingy rehearsal spaces. Complete with a chill out lounge area and snacks and drinks available, Frequency set the standard for a good quality rehearsal space.

They also offer storage options for musos who prefer not to lug their gear around all the time.

Great sound, love the fans as it was really hot when we went. The bar has limited options, a few types of beer, a cider. Would love to see a few more wines available. Cool place, great gig Zon Tunda!
