We literally waited patiently for over 20min. One associate was continuing to work with a customer, which is fine, but at least acknowledge one of us standing there. The other finished with her customer and started talking to another associate and still didn't look at us or speak. I would never treat a customer this way, and we won't be back. Just two guys arguing about how to handle the Christmas trees. Neither asked me if I needed help. I went looking for someone to help me, and found a cat. Eventually a woman appeared. Their selection of wreaths was very skimpy. I got two plain wreaths and was shocked they were $20 since they were nothing but branches on a cheap wire frame. I paid another $10 for a bow to attach. They had no kissing balls at all. My wreaths started to turn brown before Christmas even arrived. Very disappointed as I was trying to shop local/shop small business. I'll just go to Lowes next year for better selection and price.
