Wish I read the Yelp reviews before going here. Clerk behind the counter had absolutely no knowledge and couldn't answer a damn question. Then, I made the mistake of grabbing 10 of the "10 for $10" last minute vapes for backups knowing some would probably be a hit or miss. Not one worked. They for sure were selling these knowing they were dead. After admitting that, I told the manager I'd be happy to give them my business and exchange for something that works rather than get my money back. This place sells fake flum floats. Stopped here to get my favorite flavor (fruity Hawaii) and immediate noticed the flavor and hit felt off. Opened it up and it looked similar but certain pieces were missing. Sure enough when I input the code to the flum verify website it was not found. Beware of other vape products being fake. WARNING: THIS PLACE SELLS FAKE FLUM FLOAT VAPES. I bought a Flum here today and it tasted burnt and the packaging was loose and the vape inside was way too light and it was scratched which was weird. I got suspicious so I compared it to my real one that was empty and there was an obvious difference In both the font and the color. The fake one also had a copywrite icon next to the logo instead of the trademark icon that is on the authentic ones. I typed in the verification code on the back of the new vape on the flum website and nothing came up. I then compared the fake packaging to an authentic one and the fact that i was just sold a fake vape was made very clear. The fake vape packaging literally has the wrong verification website on it and the font is so light you can barely read it. I was pissed so i took it back to the store and respectfully explained to the dude that sold it to me that it was fake and he basically said "well you already bought it and theres No returns". He didn't seem to care at all that the verification code was fake and just kinda shrugged it off when i showed him evidence and suggested that i had gotten the wrong verification website so i think he was definitely aware that hes selling a fake product. Don't purchase products such as batteries for oils and cartridges. I bought one of their batteries and it is constantly indicating that it is dead and needs to be charged but the charger they provided me with does not charge the battery. (There's no light to indicate the battery is charging with the USB cable when plugged in. I've tried it in multiple different outlets.) I came back to the store to ask for them to either refund me or exchange the product out. It was only $20 thank goodness I didn't spend more because of course the guy was rude and said no exchanges. If I had the option to put zero stars here I would. This place is the worst. I have been vaping with e-cigs for three years. I've had the same box for 2 of those 3 years and it finally gave out on me. I spent $165 nine days ago. I purchased a new vape kit and two bottles of e-liquid. I got to enjoy the new mod for eight days before it simply stopped working. I pulled the batteries out to charge them and when I went to place them back in, the box was completely dead. Firing pin not working and the front display was black. It's toast!! EIGHT DAYS people!! I called the store to see if I could simply exchange the product and was told they don't take returns or exchanges and I was told I had to speak to the manufacturer. Any store worth their salt would exchange the product and deal with the manufacturer themselves. It's just good business. I was told to speak with Ronnie the manager the next day. I called today and the owner seemed very unconcerned that he is selling garbage out of his store. I would have gotten a longer lasting device had I purchased used from a private seller on OfferUp or LetItGo. Ronnie tells me "If I did a return and an exchange for every customer asking for one, I'd be out of business." Well that's because you're selling people defective products and you know that you're ripping people off so of course you'd be out of business.
