Everything is within walking distance: bars, restaurants, shops, the plaza, etc. But if you don't want to walk when you wake up, you can have an awesome breakfast in their dining room (not included in the booking). We didn't have dinner in the hotel but I hear it's delicious. When you leave your room, leave the key with the front desk. Don't worry, it's safe and there's always someone there to give you your key, and it's a real key not a magnetic card. Any questions you may have, they are happy to answer. I had to borrow an iron one day, they brought it up to my room with no problem. They even let me borrow an umbrella one day as well. Everyone told us this is one of the best hotels in Ribadeo.
