It's a surprisingly large and very well stocked shop with plenty of groceries, including fresh chilled milk, confectionery, and many 'special offers' too. You can also buy fresh flowers, newspapers and magazines and much more besides. The man who served me was very friendly. I'll definitely call in there the next time I'm in Prestwick as it's on the main road and very handy when driving through the town.

I'm glad I did because I found some good quality greetings cards and gifts, thus solving some birthday and Christmas problems for me in one fell swoop!! The cards are gorgeous and nicely categorised. There are many super little gifts to buy including delightful cuddly toys. As you'd expect, you'll also find beautiful gift bags, tags and wrapping paper. Best of all, the lady in there is lovely, very cheery and friendly. I have put this shop on my list of places to revisit the next time I'm in the town!!

This shopping centre is pretty well run down now. When it was first built it was going to be the…read morebig new shoppig centre with the best shops but it failed. Apart from having the back of hourstons and being near the kyle centre the arran mall has proved to be a disapoitment. There is a small pet shop, a few cafe and bed shop and not much else. Also with the bigger newer shopping centre just opened at the top of the town this one is not needed anymore. The new shopping centre also now has all the best shops. The benches and setting area that they have there is great but does have graffiti on it and could do with a clean up. A positive point though is that it does have gates which close at night to stop people hanging about there at night.

There are two stores of the WHSmith on this airport, one on the check-in side and the other beside…read morethe gates, after passport controls. In the first one, we bought two puzzle books. The men who helps us was very friendly, a little weird and told us that he liked to smoke. In the others we had a good deal: 3 books for the price of 2: we bought the Hunger Games trilogy. :D WHSmith employees are always helpful, kind and friendly. Their is a large collection of books, magazines and comic strips.
