There's a small deli counter at the back and a freezer as well. Useful also for newspapers and magazines, confectionery and alcohol. More importantly, from my point of view, this is the only place for miles around which sells tempting dark chocolate Ruffle bars with the delicious raspberry filling!! The lady who has served me the few times I've shopped there is very friendly and helpful. I'm making a point of calling in to buy a few things every week so will be back soon. They refused to do anything, even though trading standards said they should do. As for bank statement they said "I could of come in and brought some things to the tent value, just to claim on the warranty of the tent". What do they take a genuine customer for. I finally found the reciept and they did change it, but as others have experienced there aftersales service is BAD really BAD, and so I would never buy anything off them again. I might go and look, but buy elsewhere. The ukcampsite.co.uk site forum has many simular unhappy customers with regard to aftersales service.
