He not only does the smart thing but also the kind thing for people. Like not charging late fees. He helped us out by holding a place even though somebody else wanted it and have the money. There's some bad student housing landlords out there in Winona, the WSYOU/Bluff city is a good one.

Everything was COVID safe, from the 3-D virtual tours to Zoom chats and the application, reviewing the lease, and signing everything remotely, was easy and covenient. There was a minor electrical problem when she first moved but they got someone to take care of it immediately. They followed up with my daughter and me. For parents with students going to Winona State, Bluff City properties earned my trust and I have piece of mind. I highly recommend!!

I think this would be very useful if you are planning on moving in during the winter. From the service drive, you have easy access to the parking lot and the elevators which go to the apartments. The gym here is awesome. The treadmills sync to your apple watch so it can give you accurate workout results. They have enough cable machines to keep anyone happy. Downside is that the dumbells only go up to 50lbs and the bench is a smith machine. Otherwise can't complain about the gym. The gym is open 24/7 I believe... The pool and lounge areas are pretty nice. There are 4 to 6 grills (didn't look too closely) so there is plenty of grilling space to go around. The people here are all pretty nice and haven't seen anyone causing trouble yet. The main lounge area/pool deck at the center of the apartment is shut down at 10pm so there isn't any issues with noise. All in all, no complaints so far. The apartment is beautiful and you get a lot for how much you are spending. Hopefully will write an update review in 6 months to a year.

But, I wanted to specifically write a review regarding our interaction with Logan in maintenance. My family and I have never encountered someone so courteous and willing to help. Logan's customer service and interpersonal skills were unmatched!! He went above and beyond to resolve a plumbing issue for us that we were very grateful for. Logan is the man and I hope management acknowledges him for his tremendous efforts!!

Beautiful condos, great staff, good price…read more I have been staying here for 8 years. The rooms are beautiful and overlook the river. Always very clean and lots of space. We get a double level condo with granit counters, fireplace and big tv's. Always a great place for a team party after a long day of riding. I can only say great things about them!

Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay- the 2 bedroom condo can totally sleep 8 comfortably. The place was clean and had nice amenities (full kitchen, huge closets). The reason I give the Willows only 3 stars is that the condo I stayed in felt like a condo and not a hotel. It lacks a certain something that makes you feel like you're on vacation. That may be a benefit for some who want to feel 'at home.' But I'd rather feel like I'm being treated on vacation.
