I was like they didn't tell me that but she was like I am CEO that's the rule. while maybe explain the rule to your employees. I was saddened by how they handled people by watching them interact. There was a mother who came to drop off her kid and the CEO said she wouldn't be able to keep her son there that day because other kids were going field trip and his paperwork wasn't ready. The mother keeps saying your employee said my son would be able to join from today, and I have to go to work. The mother walked out and the CEO said I don't care. That was inconsiderate and rude. I felt like they wouldn't treat you nicely if you weren't back for regular daycare. I paid for the service! I will never put my kiddo there.

Most importantly, we consider the teachers, directors and owners part of our family. They've attended birthday parties, soccer games and helped us out in a pinch when none of our family was around. Our children are learning every day and it is evident in their conversation, creativity and imagination. Above all, they are loved every day. My kids walk into school excited to see their teachers and their friends. I love getting pictures and updates throughout the day of what they're doing. As hard as it is to be away sometimes, the Goddard community makes it that much easier!
