Professionalism: No upselling/cross-selling or any form of persuasion/pressure. Very honest and straightforward. Will suggest you go for online quotes when cheaper. Nonetheless he will help you find the best quotes across different insurers and coverages. Luckily I did end up with a better rate than online but YMMV. 2. Expertise: Equipped with the mathematical and economic knowledge and the exceptional and altruistic patience to help you determine the worthiness of each coverage's premium, thereby making the most rational decision - I admit I might be nerdy but I believe he won't show off his maths to you. And he will be willing to explain the definitions of each coverage if you don't know.
