I'm very disappointed. I bought two kits from Potomac beads. One kit (Fields of Wheat" did not have enough beads to complete it and I had to order more. I emailed them about it and never received a response. The second kit "Crystal Lagoon" was missing the 11/O s needed to even begin the kit. The same issue-emailed and crickets. It's aggravating because I'm over paying for the kits because I have to buy more beads to start or finish them. read more

Needed some beads and found this Potomac bead store on Apple Maps. It said it was open and so I drove there. The bead store is there and has lots of beads but now you can only shop online. I couldn't even shop online and pick up Covid style. They only ship. So because of the lack of correct information and difficulty I can't give them anything more than the one star. read more

Buyer beware. On line store. Recommended by a YouTube creator I follow (maybe she gets quality stones because she is VERY popular on YT?). First of all, my fault for not reading that there are no refunds; they give store credit only. That is understandable if I had changed my mind about a purchase. But when they send very sub par stones (foiled backs scratched/spotty, chips and scratches on stones, edges of crystals ragged and appearing as if chipped), refunds should be given. Oh, and also it's my responsibility to pay return shipping. Once I return these items and find something I think I will be happy with, I will not shop with them again. How can a company send out less than quality stones to a paying customer and expect the customer to pay more (return shipping) and do further business (have to use store credit) with them?
