If this location is closed then ghosts made me two sandwiches tonight which might explain the lack of quality. I don't want fast food but when you order a sandwich and pull up to the window and the focus is first on payment, then a slow stroll to make one of my two sandwiches then a slow stroll to put that sandwich into the bag and you then take another order, me thinks you might want to reconsider your priorities. Finally got my second sandwich and headed home. Normally PB is one of my favorites but tonight they were slow and sloppy. They close early even though everywhere states 10pm. Sure people may get "potbelly perks" for sandwiches, but how can those be used when they are closed most of the time. Bad business. Just tried to order food in the drive thru, and sat there for 10 minutes, but no one came. Tried to go in to order, and the doors were locked with a sign that said the dining room was closed. Al lights were on and they appeared to be "open". Definitely won't be back to this location. read more

First of all, I LOVE Potbelly, but the last couple visits to THIS location have been extremely disappointing. Wait time is ridiculous. The girl who started my sandwich was the fastest there. Otherwise, priority was given to the drive-through, while people inside had to wait until they figured it all out. Literally 5 people were working on the drive-through while I stood there and watched them make sandwich after sandwich waiting for them just to complete my one. When I said something to the girl who finally got over to checking me out (she was too busy making milk shakes to even acknowledge me), she acted like she couldn't care less. Horrible service. If you're going to have a drive-through, you have to get your stuff together and focus on both quality and efficiency. The system is broken and someone needs to figure it out. I usually don't write negative reviews, but I couldn't let this just go by. I really do hope this Potbelly franchise succeeds, but it won't if this situation isn't fixed. read more

My last visit was exactly that, my last. Proximity wise it's ideal for me for lunch, but I just can't wait in line for 10-15 for a sandwich. Inside or drive through!! It's the most excruciatingly slow process in there. No Covid excuses on number of people allowed back there. Every other food service provider figured it out, this place hasn't. Plus, they were snail paced pre Covid. Just awful and it's so obvious not one person behind the counter cares. They have some 17 year old girl who looks like she's never made a sandwich in her life working the line during a lunch rush. Restaurant 101 that everywhere else knows accept you... train her during off peak hours and have the human octopus working the line during the rush. Just absolutely terrible. Every. Single. Time! I love potbellys. Truly it borders on obsession. I cannot adequately put into words how excited I was for this location to open. It hurts that I write this: I have been disappointed in every visit so far. Today, my sandwich is so dry and rubbery- unlike any potbelly sandwich I have ever had. There were a lot of people working, but the register lady was making shakes with her back turned to those of us waiting. Never did she turn and acknowledge us and let us know she'd be right there. I don't care that she was helping the drive thru by making shakes. But let us know and maybe acknowledge that we were waiting for a few minutes. In other visits I've experienced lower than expected quality sandwiches, and customer service issues- like my mobile order not being ready when it should have. I know new staff has to work out new kinks and I want that to happen so bad. 50% of my love of potbellys is the friendly customer service at other shops. It's weird that everyone at any potbellys I've ever been to actually always seemed to be loving their job. That feel isn't there yet at this one. The other 50% of my love is for the delightful sandwiches and dream bars. I can't always put my finger on what's off about the sandwich ( except today's which was so dry) but it just not quite right. Stopped in 9:45pm, 15 minutes before closing. Ordered at the drive through and was told that they didn't have shakes because they already cleaned the shake machine because they close at 10. That excuse was a little weak. If you're going to be open until 10 be open until 10. I ordered the steak sandwich and it tasted like they put several tablespoons of salt on the sandwich. The food was terrible, and the attitude went along with it! I won't be back. Probably won't be back to another Potbelly Sandwiches establishment after this experience. Got 2 salads in the drive thru. One was fine, an uptown. The other was supposed to be a powerhouse. When we got home and opened them up, the powerhouse did not have any chicken or humus and was basically lettuce and egg. The drive thru was also very slow. It is a holiday so they must have the "c" squad on today. I know things have been tough with COVID but this was unacceptable. We tried to call but no one answered the phone. read more

Time and time again I have order errors which I find baffling because the receipt that is attached to my delivery bag correctly states what I order.eThe food inside the bag doesn't match up. I also find the sandwiches haphazardly thrown together and looking unappealing. DoorDash driver waits a long time at the business waiting for order to be completed. Appreciate the drive-thru window, but that is where it stops. Sandwiches seem thrown together, and compared to other Potbelly's sandwiches are made very light. My 1/2 chicken salad sandwich seemed to have about 3 tbsp of chicken salad. Cheese is so thin it disintegrated into the bread. The man n cheese was like mush. Service has been extremely disappointing to me. Everytime i go in here, i feel like a burden to the workers. The workers always have an attitude towards each other and customers. The food is okay. The weighing of the meat, on a scale that is not wiped off after every use is disgusting. On the side where you add toppings there is all sorts of cross-contamination, knives being used for each sandwich without being wiped off and then placed back into lettuce canister is unsettling. read more

If you are trying to get something fast this potbelly's has to be the worst. Doesn't matter if you go inside or if you are in the drive thru. Their promise is "8 mins through the line max".
