Posti service is terrible. Pay more than €50 to have your passport sent 500km from one city to another, express post delivered to doorstep, because I needed it 2 days later to fly overseas. Receive it 4 days later. Couldn't go overseas. No refund from posti despite the fact that they guaranteed next day delivery to my door and it was sent at 9am. No excuse. No explanation and no ability to go and get it myself from somewhere. Posti also hires complete strangers to deliver daily mail. The trustworthiness of these people cannot be guaranteed. Honestly I'm furious. I should have used a courier but Posti guaranteed me next day delivery. read more
